“After PODS' new policy change prevented them from dropping off their 16' unit at our house the day of our move, I went out on a frantic search for storage units & a place that had at least a 15' truck on-hand. Sure, I could have went online and reserved it - but I needed to clear my head anyway and I figured the first few places I visited would have both. Nope! After about 15 locations in Marysville and Everett turned up ZERO, the last place I went visited was Everett Downtown Storage on Hewitt Ave. Anne was great!!! She helped us secure a 10'x20' storage unit and a 15' truck - a true answer to our prayers. And! We get the 2nd month free! & 2 donuts! What a win... 10/5 stars, if I could.
